Keefektifan Sirkuit Self Help Skills Untuk Meningkatkan Motorik Kasar Dan Motorik Halus Anak Usia 5-6 Tahun

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi dan menganalisis kemampuan fisik motorik kasar dan motorik halus anak usia 5-6 tahun TK Muslimat NU 06 Lanji Patebon-Kendal. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan desain penelitian eksperimen semu (quasi eksperimen). Populasi penelitian adalah seluruh peserta didik kelas B di TK Muslimat NU 06 Lanji dan kelompok B TK Muslimat NU 06 Lanji 02, Kecamatan Patebon Kabupaten Kendal tahun pelajaran 2020/2021 yang berjumlah 30 peserta didik. Skor kemampuan fisik motorik kasar dan halus anak diperoleh melalui observasi. Analisis data pada penelitian ini meliputi analisis data deskriptif dan analisis data inferensial yaitu menggunakan uji t. Hasil Penelitian menemukan bahwa sirkuit self help skills efektif dalam meningkatkan kemampuan motorik kasar dan halus anak usia 5-6 tahun, namun selisih nilai mean diference lebih baik untuk meningkatkan fisik motorik kasar dibandikan untuk meningkatkan fisik motorik halus.
